  • Incharge-Human Resource
  • ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Head – Human Resource
  • PROCEDURE
  • Employee competency shall be prepared by Executive- HR in co-ordination with respective department heads in the format xxxxx
  • Competence shall be prepared based on the following requirements, but not limited to
  • Personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirements
  • General requirements such as communication skills, adaptability skills etc.,
  • Any other specifically required by the Head of respective departments
  • The Employee competency shall have the following requirement details, but not limited to
  • Designation
  • Department
  • Qualification
  • Experience
  • Core competencies
  • General competencies
