INSTALLATION OF DISTILLED WATER PLANT

1.0 PURPOSE:
    
    To describe  standard operating procedure for installation  of  distilled water plant. 
    
2.0    SCOPE:
    
    The  standard  operating  procedure describes  in  detail  the  method of installation of distilled water plant.
    
3.0    RESPONSIBILITY:
    
    The  responsibility  of installation of distilled water  plant   lies  with  the staff of rank not lower than  the  maintenance  engineer of maintenance department. 
        
The responsibility of preparing, reviewing  and approving  the  standard  operating  procedure lies with the Manager  -  Maintenance,  Head of Production and Head of QAD respectively.
    
4.0    METHOD:
    
4.1        Locate  the  site  where the distilled water plant  is  to  be  installed.  

4.2         Place the distilled water plant at the desired place and check  the level using spirit level.

4.3         Place  the UV lamp system at the desired place and give  electrical connections.

4.4        Fabricate necessary lines.
