Operation of LG electronics make Turbo refrigerator

I.    PURPOSE :
 To provide a procedure for the Operation of LG electronics make Turbo refrigerator.

II.    SCOPE :
      This procedure is applicable for the refrigerator being used for the storage of sample
      purpose in the Quality Control department. 

III.   RESPONSIBILITY :
    It is the responsibility of all the personnel involved in the analysis using of the equipment.

V.    OPERATION :
1.0   Switch on the refrigerator continuously.

1.1    Close the door of the refrigerator after using the refrigerator immediately
1.2    Label the materials to be stored with name, date of preparation and other necessary  information for easy identification.
1.3    Refrigerator has got two partitions of covering the cold and refrigerator conditions .   
1.4    Keep the samples accordingly in the areas based on their storage conditions respectively.      
1.5  Weakly clean the outer surfaces of the equipment with a soft cloth moistened with  mild detergent or disinfectant. 
1.6     Discard the out dated materials.
1.7     Monthly once clean ice cube trays, evaporation tray, and shelves with a  soft cloth moistened with mild detergent or disinfectant.
1.8    Call the service personnel in case of any abnormalities found.
