1. APPARATUS
1.1 Volumetric flask (100 ml capacity) : 1 No.
1.2 Measuring cylinders (50 ml capacity) : 1 No.
2. REAGENTS
2.1 Strong ammonia solution. : LR grade
2.2 Distilled water.
3. PREPARATION
3.1 Measure 42.5 ml of Strong Ammonia Solution (Ammonia) and transfer slowly, into a 100 ml volumetric flask.
3.2 To the above said volumetric flask, add sufficient distilled water to mark, to dilute the Strong Ammonia Solution.
3.3 Keep the lid to close the volumetric flask and shake gently to mix the solution.
3.4 Transfer the prepared solution into a suitable container and label with all necessary details.
3.5 Keep the solution at cool place.
3.6 The resultant solution is having the concentration of about 10% w/w.
