1.0 Garments changing when entering first change room & primary change room

1.1 First change room:

For production and QA and QC and for office staff white color should be worn

For engineering department Brown color should be worn

For warehouse steel grey color should be worn

Visitors should wear disposable garments or moss green

1.2 Primary change room:

For manufacturing, sampling and dispensing areas sky blue lint free color should be worn by all visitors and employees excluding the engineering department

Employees of engineering department of primary area should wear brown lint free clothes

2.1 Considerations in First change room

Employees should be provided washed and cleaned factory uniform every Monday & Thursday or when required

Employees should be provided washed and cleaned factory socks everyday

All the belongings of the employees like their shoes, socks, clothing, and ornaments should be kept in secured lockers

Employees should wear assigned uniform with black color shoes and socks

Disposable or moss green garments should be provided to the visitors

Disposable garments are given to employees on requirements

Shoe or sock covers should be given to visitors

2.2 Considerations in Primary change room

Employees should be provided washed and cleaned factory uniform every Monday & Thursday or when required

After every product change over the uniform of the employee should be changed

Employees working in manufacturing or primary packing area should enter into primary change room

They should remove their first change shoes and keep them in the rack

Disinfectant solution should be applied to hands

Crossover the bench

Lint free trousers, shirt and cap should be taken from the locker or hanger and worn over the previous uniform

Clean brown colored shoes should be worn which are on rack

Additional covers for shoes may be provided for visitors

Disinfectant solution should be applied to hands

After the primary change, the employee will go to respective dispensing or granulation or compression or capsule manufacturing or production office or primary packing department

Before entering into manufacturing or primary packing areas nose masks should be worn

2.3 Considerations on exit from primary change, dispensing and sampling rooms in warehouse

Primary shoes should be removed and placed on rack or locker

Lint free clothes should be removed and placed on hanger or locker

Cross over the bench

Wear the first change shoes

2.4 Considerations on exit from first change room out of plant

Shoes and uniforms should be in the lockers provided

Factory socks should be dropped in the bin in the first change room after working hours

The disposable garments and the shoe should be in waste bin

Wear your clothes and shoes and collect all your belongings from the locker

2.5 Other considerations

The first change shoes should be removed and separate footwear should be worn when entering toilet. After coming out the toilet footwear should be removed and again the first change shoes should be worn
