To lay down the procedure for Water Usage in canteen and Toilets
SCOPE
This procedure is applicable Human Resource Department

PROCEDURE
Separate overhead storage tank is kept on the top of the canteen and water will be distributed to various areas in the canteen.
Water in the canteen and toilets will be distributed at necessary areas through pipes and will be operated with taps.
Every day assistant from HR dept will monitor the canteen and toilets and observes the water usage in the canteen and toilets. If any leakage is found it will be repaired in coordination with the maintenance dept personnel.
Sufficient vessels like buckets etc. are used for cleaning the canteen hall, toilets and other areas.
Canteen and toilets floors are cleaned with the help of rubber and woollen wipers.
Canteen and toilets will be cleaned thrice a day or whenever necessary under the supervision of HR dept.
