How to design a course?
A training course is never “one size fits all” type.
The subject may be the same. But the participants who attend course
and get benefited, will be different.
The inputs and delivery have to be structured according to each
group’s requirement
The first task for designing the course is, to know the target group.
Brief details to be ascertained about the target group are:
1.Age profile
2.Educational background
3.Present assignment
4.Seniority level
5.Where do they come from? (city, urban or rural area)
