APPARATUS
1.1 Glass stopered flask (250 ml capacity) : 1 No.
1.2 Measuring cylinders (100 ml capacity) : 1 No.
2. REAGENTS
2.1 Absolute alcohol : LR grade
2.2 Distilled water.
3. PREPARATION
3.1 Measure 95.0 ml of Absolute alcohol and transfer slowly, into a 250 ml Glass stoppered bottle.
3.2 To the above said glass stoppered bottle, add 5.0 ml of distilled water.
3.3 Keep the lid to close the glass stoppered bottle and shake gently to mix the solution.
3.4 Transfer the prepared solution into a suitable container and label with all necessary details.
3.5 The resultant solution is having the concentration of 95.0% v/v.
