Procedure for Operation of Hot Plate

1.0    OBJECTIVE

2.1    This SOP covers the operation procedure of Hot plate

5.0    PROCEDURE    
    
5.1    Connect the instrument power cord to electrical supply and switch on to start up, GREEN light glows.
5.2    Turn the knob in clockwise direction to set the desired heating temperature, RED light glows.
5.3    Turn the knob in clockwise direction to increase the temperature and 
    turn the knob in anti clock wise to decrease or to turn OFF the heating supply, then the RED lamp turns OFF.
5.6    Switch off the power supply to the instrument. The GREEN lamp turns OFF.

?              Use leak proof gloves to remove the materials from the hot plate.
