Operation of (Centrifuse Remi R8 C)

I.    PURPOSE :
                 To provide a procedure for the Operation of Remi make R8-C Centrifuse  .

II.    SCOPE :

        This procedure is applicable for the Centrifuse being used for the analytical purposes in the Quality Control department 

III.    RESPONSIBILITY :
    It is the responsibility of all the personnel involved in the analysis using of the equipment.

V.    OPERATION :

1.0      PRELIMINARY CHECK :

1.1        Check that the instrument and surroundings are clean, if not, clean with a soft cloth duster.

2.0  BASIC OPERATION : 

2.1.    Switch on the heating by the mains switch.
2.2.    Set the desired time for centrifusing through SET TIME switch.
2.3.    Set the desired RPM through SET RPM switch.
2.4.    RPM can be accelerated through the rotatory  knob.
2.5.    Keep the sample test tubes opposite to each other to balance  the rotation
2.5     Close the lid before starting centrifusing.
2.6     Don’t open the lid of the centrifuse till the motion is completely ceased.
