1.1 To lay down a procedure for operation of conductivity meter.
2.0 SCOPE:
2.1 This procedure is applicable for quality control department.

5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Take 100 mL sample in a dry and cleaned beaker.
5.2 Dip the electrode in beaker.
5.3 Press the PRG/CAL key
5.4 Enter the pass word by using the ?key press OK
5.5 Display goes to PRG/Calib
5.6 Select the PRG/Option By using ?key and press the OK display options menu.
5.7 Press OK key display goes to measure conductivity or TDS.
5.8 Select the conductivity by using the?key
5.9 Press OK display goes to Temp. Compensation Mode.
5.10 Press OK, the display shows Temp. Com ON or OFF
5.11 By using ? key to select the Temp. Com ON
5.12 After selecting the Temp. Com ON display shows Temp. Auto or Man.
5.13 By using ? key to select the Temp. Auto. Press OK
5.14 After selecting the Temp. Auto display shows Tcoeff
5.15 By using ?and ? key to select Tcoeff 1.0% and press OK
5.16 The Tcoeff the display goes to Cell Constant
5.17 Press OK the display shows Cell/1.000.
5.18 Adjust the cell constant 1.000 by using the ?and ? keys
5.19 After pressing the OK the display goes to Measure Mode
5.20 Exit the Program Mode by using the PRG key.
5.21 The instrument goes to measure mode by indicating ‘Wait’ to read stabilized input.
