1.0 OBJECTIVE :
To lay down a procedure for Operation of Cyclomixer.
2.0 SCOPE :
This SOP is applicable for Operation of Cyclomixer used in Microbiology Laboratory.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY :
Microbiologist: For Operation.
Head – Quality control: To ensure the compliance of SOP.
4.0 PROCEDURE :
4.1 Operation
4.1.1 Switch on the main power cord.
4.1.2 Red color light will blink.
4.1.3 Set the RPM through RPM knob adjustment.
4.1.4 Put the sample in sample holder switch on the RPM of cyclomixer.
4.1.5 After mixer completed switch off the RPM switch.
4.1.6 Switch off the mail power supply.
