To lay down the procedure for Accident
SCOPE
This procedure is applicable to Human Resource department

PROCEDURE
Any Incident / Near Miss / Accident shall be reported to the Department head or his designee
In case of major causality, the same shall be informed to Human Resource department.
First aid shall be given by the trained personnel, if required.
Human Resource Department shall accompany the injured person (s) to the nearer hospital in the provided ambulance.
Treatment shall be given as per the respective doctors advice.
Necessary information shall be given to Inspector of Factories and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, if required.
The Accident shall be investigated by the User Department and Safety department as per SOP No: xxxxx
The employee shall be allowed to work after providing a medical fitness certificate from the respective doctor (s).
