To provide a procedure to operate the Cyclomixer in regular usage of laboratory analysis.
1. PURPOSE:
To provide a procedure to operate the Cyclomixer in regular usage of laboratory analysis
II. SCOPE:
This procedure is applicable for the Cyclomixer to support the testing in the Quality Control department.
III. RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the responsibility of all the personnel involved in the analysis using of the equipment.

V. OPERATION:
1.0 PRELIMINARY CHECK:
1.1 Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the main switch is at off position
2.0 BASIC OPERATION:
2.1 Switch on the power plug and place the glass apparatus on designated place (rubber glouse) and hold properly the glass apparatus to avoid spillage and breakage.
2.2 Ensure the volume of solution to be mixed is not to exceed 1/3 rd volume of glassware used, to get proper mixing and also to avoid accidents.
2.3 Press the MAINS switch in direct mode to start the mixer.
2.4 Achieve the required mixing speed using control knob by moving towards clock wise and anti clockwise.
2.5 After usage, reduce the mixing speed slowly to zero position and place the MAINS switch position in middle to get the switch off mode.
2.6 Switch off the power plug
2.7 Trouble shooting:
2.8 After starting the equipment, if the pilot bulb doesn’t glows and not rotating the shaker, indicates have a chance to rotate anti clock due to spring stuck up or some problem.
2.9 If problem persists, get it rectify by refixing the case and springs by engineering persons.
