Antazoline

Antazoline is a 1st generation antihistamine with anticholinergic properties used to relieve nasal congestion and in eye drops, usually in combination with naphazoline, to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.

Antazoline is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist, blocks the actions of endogenous histamine.

As ophthalmic solution containing antazoline 0.5% 2-3 times daily.

• Used to relieve nasal congestion and in eye drops
•  Used to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis in combination with naphazoline.

Skin sensitization, hypersensitivity reactions.
