Actions

Antazoline is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist, blocks the actions of endogenous histamine.

Dosage/Dosage form

As ophthalmic solution containing antazoline 0.5% 2-3 times daily.

Therapeutic uses

  • Used to relieve nasal congestion and in eye drops
  •  Used to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis in combination with naphazoline.

Skin sensitization, hypersensitivity reactions.
