4-Oxo-6-[(palmitoyloxy)methyl]-4H-pyran-3-yl palmitate

Apply a thin layer of Kojic Acid Dipalmitate once or twice daily onto the affected area or as directed by the physician.

Indicated for the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma and hyper-melanotic skin pigmentation disorders.

Contraindicated in children and elderly individuals.

Precautions

• Avoid direct sunlight and UV rays while using Kojic Acid Dipalmitate.
• Do not apply Kojic Acid Dipalmitate onto the skin wounds, abrasion, scraped skin and mucous membranes. 
• Use protective clothing or sunscreen while using Kojic Acid Dipalmitate. 
• Do not use Kojic Acid Dipalmitate cream, if it turns to brown colour.
