Interacted with amikacin, anti-convulsant drugs, polymyxin-B, antacids and mineral supplements containing magnesium salts, lithium, procainamide, tetracycline, corticosteroids, kanamycin, neomycin, vancomycin and streptomycin and tobramycin.
Rocuronium is contraindicated in patients with myasthenia gravis, renal disorders, heart problems, prolonged QT waves, renal diseases, cirrhosis, circulatory problems and allergy to anaesthetics.
