Pharmacokinetics

Actions

This drug inhibits the bradykinin-induced pain responses without interfering with the bradykinin receptors.

Dosage/Dosage form

80 mg thrice daily.

Therapeutic uses

Treatment of frozen shoulder, lumbar pain, osteoarthritis, dental pain, musculoskeletal pain, cervicobrachial syndrome, post-operative pain.

Interaction

Zaltoprofen may interact with quinolone antibiotics, sulfonyl ureas and anticoagulants including warfarin and heparin.

Precautions
