I. PURPOSE:
To provide a procedure to operate and maintain the Dehumidifier Origin DH-121B
II. SCOPE:
This procedure is applicable for the dehumidifier in the Quality Control Department
III . RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the responsibility of all the personnel involved in the analysis using of the system.

V. OPERATION
1.0 PRELIMINARY CHECK :
1.1 Check that the equipment is clean, if not, clean with a soft cloth duster.
1.2 Check and ensure that the air outlet is opened.
2.0 OPERATION:
2.1 Connect the three-pin plug to the 230V AC socket.
2.2 Load the equipment and ensure that the outlet door is opened.
2.3 Switch ON the mains. Red light will glow at OFF position.
2.4 Set ‘CONTINUOUS RUN’ by moving the ‘FUNCTION’ knob at on position. The green light will glow at run position.
3.0 MAINTANANCE:
3.1 When the water is full the red light will glow in position of ‘ FULL’
3.2 Switch OFF the mains leave for about 3 minutes.
3.3 Remove the water tank first by incline and then lift carefully.
3.4 Drain the water completely and clean with soft cloth.
3.5 Restore the tank in place.
